How it Works

Introducing the Bias Scorecard

Monitor your workforce diversity against KPIs and benchmarks with the Bias Scorecard.

Antibias Quotient (AQ)

Derived from four index scores, representing major components of bias. With subscales each measuring a different type of bias. Together, these nine types of bias encompass all bias. If we discover more types of bias, they will be folded into one of the four index scores and an assessment will be developed for each.

Antibias Impact Matrix (AIM)

A simple visual that absorbs the scale and complexity of our bias analytics. It is designed to assess and demonstrate how a company’s diversity, equity, and inclusion impacts that company today. The AIM is a 4×5 matrix. The y-axis measures business impact: from Most Tactical to Most Strategic.

Diverse and inclusive teams are:

70%more likely to capture new markets.
35%more likely to outperform competitors.
87%better at making decisions.
120%more likely to hit financial goals.
